To be enjoyed at room temperature. Our tri-tip is rubbed with our very own BBQ seasoning blend and grilled to perfection. We are offering it with a fragrant fresh herb salsa verde (think oregano, parsley, EVOO, cilantro, green olives, chives, capers, anchovy paste, etc.) which is packaged on the side. It is not modifiable. Please indicate if you would like it sliced - otherwise, it will be whole. Please indicate rare - otherwise it will be medium rare. Delicious with our new Garlic Parmesan Roasted Cauliflower or our Moroccan Farro Salad with Sweet Potatoes, Green Beans and Cranberries. Freezable.

Serves 1 adult very generously, and can be enjoyed by 2 adults with smaller appetites.
