Serving Instructions

Remove from fridge at least 3 hrs prior to warming. Preheat oven to 350˚ . Place in oven for 60 min.(keeping foil on) or until internal temperature reaches 125˚ for rare to 135˚for medium rare w/ provided thermometer. Remove from oven- let stand for 15 min. To remove lid of jus and creme fraiche, peel back 2 LONG strips along edge of lid. Reheat jus on stovetop. Freezable.
