Perfectly roasted UNSLICED boneless prime rib of superior quality from Creekstone Farm USDA Certified Angus Beef with J&L's custom rub seasoning all set to be warmed in your oven to a succulent medium rare and ready to carve in your own home. Comes with classic jus and horseradish creme fraiche. Serves 4 adults generously with 3 lbs of roast. Make sure to order the Garlic Mashed Potatoes with Gruyere and the Creamed Spinach. The Basmati Rice with Artichokes & Mushrooms is also a delight with the roast. Freezable but preferably not the creme fraiche.

Serving Instructions

Remove from fridge 3 hrs prior to warming. Preheat oven to 350˚ then place in oven for 60 min.(keeping foil on) or until internal temperature reaches 125˚ for rare to 135˚for medium rare w/thermometer. Remove from oven- let stand for 15 min. To remove lid of jus and creme fraiche, peel back 2 LONG strips along edge of lid. Reheat jus on stovetop. Freezable.
