Handmade tamales made with organic corn flour masa and filled with black beans, salsa and jack cheese ~ served with a Mexican ratatouille of eggplant, butternut squash, zucchini, yellow squash, tomatoes, oregano, mild chilies, onions and cilantro. Topped with a final garnish of extra jack cheese and parsley. Not modifiable.

Serving Instructions
Preheat oven to 350˚. Poke holes in top. Place on baking sheet. Bake for about 22-32 min. depending on size of container. Freezable.
