Delicate handmade French style crepes filled with poached chicken breasts, fresh corn, celery, jack and mozzarella cheeses, with fresh tarragon. Enjoy them with a side of our grilled seasonal vegetables. Serve these with a first course of the Louisiana Creole Gumbo or a side the Brussels Bliss Salad with Champagne Caper Vinaigrette.
