A hallmark of Oaxacan cuisine, red mole sauce is a deeply flavorful Mexican sauce, known for its savory sweet profile with its blend of various dried red chilies, a trio of nuts (peanuts, walnuts & almonds), sesame seeds, and several spices (cinnamon, cloves, cumin & oregano). Different than a black mole, the red version has no dark chocolate. We are now offering this delicious sauce with flour tortilla chicken enchiladas. The sauce is packed on the side for you to pour over just before warming. Available with corn tortillas upon request.

Serving Instructions
Preheat oven to 350˚. Remove the cover of the enchiladas. Pour mole sauce around the enchiladas. Place on baking sheet. Bake for 18-28 min. depending on size of container. To remove lid of sauce container, first peel back 2 LONG strips alongside edge of lid. Freezable.
