A fun twist on traditional meatballs! These are made with ground chicken, bacon, capers, parmesan and rocket (baby arugula). Served with a shallot, brandy tomato sauce and garnished with parmesan. Also available without the bacon (upon request), but it's a yummy addition.

Serving Instructions

Preheat oven to 350˚. Poke holes in top. Place on baking sheet. Bake for about 18-28 min. depending on size of container. Freezable.
