Classic tortilla soup made with a wonderful base of poblano chilies with cilantro, garlic, corn, carrot and shredded chicken thighs. Crunchy corn tortillas sticks as well as a cilantro sour cream crema are both packed on the side. The soup itself is not modifiable and is dairy free.

Serving Instructions

To remove lid, first peel back the two LONG strips alongside edge of lid. Key ingredients are at the bottom - Mix well but gently. Warm on stove top. Drizzle the crema and sprinkle the tortilla sticks on top just before serving. Freezable.
