Chile Pork Colorado
This traditional slow cooked Mexican pork stew is south of the border comfort food. This dish gets its name “Colorado” from the deep red color of the chilies in the sauce. Our version is lightly spiced and full of tender succulent pieces of braised pork roast. Wrap some up in our (included) flour tortillas and enjoy. Enjoy it with Hector's Green Rice available as a side dish. Not modifiable. Freezable.
