Chile Pork Colorado

This traditional slow cooked Mexican pork stew is south of the border comfort food. This dish gets its name “Colorado” from the deep red color of the chilies in the sauce. Our version is lightly spiced and full of tender succulent pieces of braised pork roast. Wrap some up in our (included) flour tortillas and enjoy. Enjoy it with Hector's Green Rice available as a side dish. Not modifiable. Freezable.

The Small size entrée serves 1 adult very generously, and can serve 2 adults with smaller appetites. You will also receive 4 tortillas.

The Medium size entrée serves 2 to 3 adults very generously. You will also receive 8 tortillas.

Serving Instructions

Poke holes in top. Place on baking sheet. Bake at 350° for about 14-24 min. depending on size of container. Warm the tortillas your favorite way and enjoy with the dish. Freezable.
