We're bringing it back! A classic French soup known as Vichyssoise - made with white potatoes, leeks, and veggie stock, with a splash of cream, all perfectly puréed. Garnished with a swirl of crème fraîche and chives (packed on the side). Delicious served hot or cold. Not modifiable.

Serving Instructions

Traditionally served chilled - or if preferred a little warm, reheat gently on stovetop. Do not boil. Remember to top with the crème fraîche and chives. To remove lid, first peel back two LONG strips alongside edge of lid. Freezable except for the creme fraîche.
