Classic Crab Louis Salad - lots of crab meat on a bed of romaine surrounded by slices of hard-boiled eggs, cherry tomatoes and cucumber. We also add a whole avocado and lemon wedges for that final squeeze. Packed on the side will be a delicious Thousand Island/Louis dressing.

The dinner salad serves 1 adult very generously, and can serve 2 adults with smaller appetites. You will receive 6 oz of crab.

Serving Instructions

Toss all ingredients together and enjoy. Top with sliced avocado. To remove lid of container with crab, first peel back two LONG strips alongside edge of lid.
