Creamy Poblano Cavatappi
We char green poblano chilies for a deep smoky flavor. We add sauteed onion, garlic, and big handfuls of fresh parsley and cilantro, and blend it into a smooth sauce with sour cream. We toss the sauce with curly Cavatappi pasta and finish with queso fresco. This unique green pasta is inspired by Mexican “Espagueti Verde.” Not modifiable.
