Béarnaise sauce is a rich, creamy, and tangy French emulsion. It features the same velvety, buttery base as a Hollandaise, but is flavored with a reduction of white wine vinegar, shallots, and fresh tarragon. We've paired it with filet mignon for a delicious indulgence! Crispy roasted potatoes complete the entrée. Not modifiable.
