Fresh Salmon with Watercress Sauce
Fresh baked salmon in a light watercress sauce with a touch of cream. We serve it with roasted new potatoes and garnish it with petite-diced roasted red bell peppers. Our Roasted Yukon Gold Potatoes with Fresh Rosemary or Lemon Rice Pilaf with Leeks side dishes would be delicious with this entrée. Does not freeze.
