Best enjoyed at room temperature. Your favorite flank steak rubbed with asada seasoning for a south-of-the-border taste. We serve it with a pineapple jicama salsa on the side (not modifiable). It will be unsliced & cooked medium rare and is offered rare and/or sliced upon request.

Serving Instructions
Best enjoyed at room temperature. Remove sauce if tucked inside. If unsliced, slice against the grain. For sauce in 8oz. container, to remove lid, first peel back two LONG strips alongside edge of lid. Freezable but preferably not the sauce.
