To be enjoyed at room temperature. Perfectly grilled FLANK steak with a Southeast Asian flair - we kick it up a notch with a Thai-style house - made Sriracha 'pesto' sauce prepared with fresh coconut, basil, mint, cilantro, garlic, poblano and lemongrass. It will be unsliced & cooked medium rare and is offered rare and/or sliced upon request.

Serving Instructions
To be enjoyed at room temperature. If requested unsliced, slice steak against the grain. To remove lid on 8 oz chimichrri, first peel back two LONG strips alongside edge of lid. Freezable.
