To be enjoyed at room temperature. Our tri-tip is rubbed with our very own BBQ seasoning blend and grilled to perfection. A fragrant fresh herb salsa verde (think oregano, parsley, EVOO, cilantro, green olives, chives, capers, anchovy paste, etc.) is packed on the side & is not modifiable. It will be unsliced & cooked medium rare and is offered rare and/or sliced upon request (under Modify Dishes before Checkout).

Serving Instructions

Delicious & best at room temperature. If preferred a little warmed, preheat oven to 350˚. Remove sauce if inside. Place on baking sheet. Bake for 15-20 min based on size of container. For larger sauce, to remove lid, peel back two LONG strips alongside edge of lid. Freezable.
