This all time favorite is best enjoyed at room temperature - our tri-tip has been rubbed with our very own BBQ seasonings and grilled to perfection. A tasty creme fraiche laced with horseradish comes on the side. Please indicate if you would like it sliced - otherwise, it will be whole. Please indicate rare - otherwise it will be medium rare. Freezable, though sauce is best not frozen. Delicious with the Greek Spinach Rice Medley or the Tuscan Chickpeas and the Fettuccine with Mushrooms, Garlic and Truffle Oil.

Serves 1 adult very generously, and can be enjoyed by 2 adults with smaller appetites. The small comes with 4 oz. of horseradish creme fraiche.

A generous portion for 2 to 3 adults; and you can serve 4 adults with smaller appetites. The medium comes with 8 oz. of horseradish creme fraiche.

Serving Instructions

Intended to be served at room temperature with sauce. On the larger 8 oz (1 cup) sauce container, to remove lid, first peel back two LONG strips alongside edge of lid. Freezable but creme fraiche is best not frozen.
