Hoisin Glazed Pork Chops with Napa Cabbage and Coconut Rice
We take our grilled pork chops and top them with a fragrant Hoisin glaze, and nestle them in a bed of braised napa cabbage with scallions, and fragrant coconut rice with tastes of garlic, cumin, and coriander. There's a final garnish of cilantro leaves which may be omitted upon request. Freezable.
