This traditional vegetarian version is made with split red lentils, vegetable stock, potatoes, garlic, ginger and Indian spices pureed together, and garnished with cubed marinated tofu. Finished with fresh lemon juice. Freezes.

Serving Instructions

To remove lid, first peel back two LONG strips alongside edge of lid. Key ingredients are at the bottom - Mix well. Reheat gently on stovetop; do not boil. Freezable.
