Lemon Turkey Meatballs with Piccata Sauce

Hand made turkey meatballs seasoned with fresh lemon zest, cardamom and a little scallion. We then poach to keep them lean. Served with a wonderful piccata lemony sauce with button mushrooms, capers and white wine. Do make sure to order either the Heavenly Whipped Potatoes or the Basmati Rice Pilaf Exotica. Both would be delicious with that sauce. Freezable.

Serving Instructions

Poke holes in top. Place on baking sheet. Bake at 350° for about 15-25 min. depending on size of container. Freezable.
