Lentil Bolognese with Fettuccine
Vegan entrée! Our Lentil Bolognese features a classic mirepoix, enriched with herbs, tomato paste, and a splash of white wine and a little red chili flake. The star ingredient, black beluga lentils come together with fresh tomatoes, ground toasted WALNUTS and a little vegetarian stock. Served over fettuccine. Not modifiable except for gluten free pasta. Freezable.
