A house-made fragrant chimichuri sauce with the unusual addition of bacon comes on the side. It will be unsliced & cooked medium rare and is offered rare and/or sliced upon request. Sauce is available without bacon upon request.

Serving Instructions

Best enjoyed at room temperature. Remove sauce if tucked inside. If unsliced, slice against the grain. For sauce in 8oz. container, to remove lid, first peel back two LONG strips alongside edge of lid. Freezable.
