Our Mediterranean Salmon with Israeli Couscous is a vibrant dish featuring a pan seared, lemon-herb salmon filet served over a bed of Israeli couscous and fresh baby arugula. Packed on the side are cherry tomatoes. Tie this all together with a generous pour over of our house made dill yogurt dressing and a cucumber and red onions with a red wine vinegar. Does not freeze.
