Mexican Black Beans & Rice - Tui/ARchive
Black beans and jasmine rice highlighted with carrot and red bell pepper, garlic and onion, a little vegetarian stock and white wine, and lightly seasoned with cumin and a little chili powder. Garnished with fresh cilantro. Also a delicious wonderful first course or a light lunch. Not modifiable except for the cilantro garnish. Freezable.
