Mom's classic meatloaf with a twist! We are making it with a plant based meat substitute. The meatloaf is a classic savory mix of herbs, spices, mirepoix, and Impossible plant based meat! It is served on a bed of our classic marinara tomato sauce. Not modifiable except for the Parmesan/parsley garnish.

Serving Instructions

Preheat oven to 350˚. Poke holes in top. Place on baking sheet. Bake for about 20-30 min. depending on size of container. Freezable.
