We have been asking for this meatloaf recipe for years and we finally succeeded in acquiring this legacy recipe. “Mom's” meatloaf is a tasty savory mix of herbs & spices, classic mirepoix, ground beef & pork, and bacon…yes bacon! This gluten free loaf is served on our marinara tomato sauce and garnished with parmesan cheese and fresh parsley. Not modifiable except for the Parmesan/parsley garnish.

Preheat oven to 350˚. Poke holes in top. Place on baking sheet. Bake for about 22-32 min. depending on size of container. Freezable.
