A savory Chinese stir-fry dish featuring marinated ground pork, a veggie mix of Savoy cabbage, celery, carrots, scallions, with thin ribbons of wood ear black mushrooms and scrambled egg. Served with traditional thin tortilla-style moo shu pancakes and Hoisin sauce. Both the sauce and the wraps are packaged on the side for you to assemble. To note there is a little sesame oil in the preparation. Not modifiable and best not frozen.

Serving Instructions

Poke a few holes and microwave for a couple of minutes. Separately, partially open zipper bag of pancakes and microwave, still in the bag, for 45 seconds, until soft - or use a steamer if preferred. To enjoy, add a scoop of the mixture onto pancake and add a little Hoisin Sauce. Does not freeze.
