Widely regarded as Mexico's most treasured dish, the word "mole" simply means "sauce" in Mayan. Here at Jessie and Laurent we strive to bring you authentic flavors from around the globe and we are extremely proud of our Oaxacan Chicken Mole. This braised chicken thigh dish is perfectly balanced between spice and sweet. Do note that the mole base does have peanut seed, sesame seed, walnuts and almonds. Freezable.
