Gua Bao is popular Taiwanese street food. The sweet and sticky sauce (think Hoisin sauce, Oyster sauce, Tamari, ginger & garlic, brown sugar, sesame oil & Chinese 5-spice powder) is the perfect coating for our slow-braised, thick-sliced and tender pork belly that we tuck inside fluffy steamed bao buns. The traditional topping of pickled daikon, carrot and onions is packed on the side. Finger Licking Good! Not modifiable. Does not freeze.
