Unsliced 3 lbs of prime rib roast of superior quality from Creekstone Farm USDA Certified Angus Beef, served with three side dishes: garlic mashed potatoes with Gruyere, fresh creamed spinach, delicata squash with roasted brussels sprouts & cauliflower, not forgetting horseradish creme fraiche and classic jus for the roast. NOT modifiable. Freezable but potatoes & creme fraiche are best not frozen.
