Roast Chicken with Provence Inspired Ratatouille
Who does not love roast chicken? We serve ours with a delicious Provence inspired ratatouille of eggplant, zucchini, bell peppers to which we add roasted new potatoes, whole roasted garlic and grilled corn. Do add the Cheesy Garlic Bread and the Classic Caesar Salad... Dinner is served. Not modifiable. Freezable.
