Roasted Green Chile Jack Cheese Tamales Dinner

Now offered as a complete dinner 'kit'! Four handmade tamales made with organic corn flour masa; filled with roasted green chilies, corn and jack cheese. Served atop a Mexican ratatouille of eggplant, butternut squash, zucchini, yellow squash, tomatoes, oregano, mild chilies, onions and cilantro. Topped with a final garnish of additional jack cheese. We also include Hector's Refried beans, Basmati Rice with Peas and Cilantro and a sweet finish with our Mexican Wedding Cookies. Dinner is Served! Not modifiable.
