Our corn tortillas are filled with a great mix of roasted vegetables including zucchini, eggplant, butternut squash and red bell pepper mixed in with Monterey jack cheese, caramelized red onions and garlic. Topped with Monterey Jack and served with the salsa on the side. Freezable.

Serving Instructions
Remove salsa if tucked inside. Otherwise, poke holes in top. Place on baking sheet. Bake at 350° for about 15-20 min. Serve with salsa. On the larger salsa container; to remove lid, first peel back two LONG strips alongside edge of lid. Freezable.
