Savory Galette with Caramelized Onions, Feta and Roasted Bells
A hand folded galette filled to the brim with a savory mix of caramelized onions, roasted red bell peppers, feta cheese and a hefty sprinkle of smoky black Turkish pepper to give it a little kick. Warmed up a little and it is the perfect brunch/ lunch treat. Not modifiable. Delicious with a cup of Italian Wedding Soup and the Moroccan Farro Salad with Sweet Potatoes, Green Beans and Cranberries. Freezable.
