For our vegetarian/vegan clients - now with silken tofu atop tender sauteed greens which include bok choy, blue lake green beans, edamame and crimini mushrooms get a light & savory miso ginger garlic sauce. This dish can be enjoyed at room temperature or slightly warmed. Not modifiable. Best not frozen.
