There's something so aromatic about our in-house roasted and ground spices. Caraway seeds, cumin seeds and mild ancho chili powder are a great combo for our roasted salmon. We serve it with a fresh refreshing lemon and tarragon laced crème fraiche - packed on the side. Not modifiable. Does not freeze. To be enjoyed at room temperature.

Serves 1 adult very generously, and can be enjoyed by 2 adults with smaller appetites. You will receive ONE 8oz. filet.

A very generous portion for 2 adults; and you can comfortably serve 3 adults with smaller appetites. You will receive TWO 8oz. filets.

Family

The Family size will serve 4 adults very generously and you can comfortably serve 6 adults with smaller appetites. You will receive FOUR 8oz. filets.

Serving Instructions

Enjoy at room temperature. Does not freeze. To open the Crème Fraiche packed in our 1 cup/8oz containers, first peel back two LONG strips alongside edge of lid.
