You will receive a 16 oz. prime rib rib-eye steak.

Serving Instructions

Remove from refrigerator at least one hour before reheating. Preheat oven to 350°. Poke holes in top. Place on baking sheet. Use meat thermometer for best results. For rare, bake for about 18 minutes or 115˚ to 120˚. For medium rare, 23 minutes or 125˚ to 130˚. For medium 28 minutes or 135˚ to 140˚. Freezable.
