Let's treat our vegetarian clients as well with the vegetarian version of a classic pork belly bao. Here we bring you thick slices of tofu coated with the same sweet sticky glaze (think Hoisin sauce, Oyster sauce, Tamari, ginger & garlic, brown sugar, sesame oil & Chinese 5-spice powder) tucked inside fluffy steamed bao buns. You will find a pickled garnish of daikon, carrot, and red onion packed on the side. Not modifiable. Does not freeze.
