Tofu, Braised Kale, Corn and White Bean Succotash
Here's our vegetarian/vegan version. Slices of marinated and roasted tofu are placed on a delicious succotash combo of braised kale, fresh corn, caramelized red onions and white beans. The vegetarian stock is delicious and has a little white wine and a splash of sherry vinegar. Delicious with our Salmon filets and a cup of Jessie's Creamy Shrimp & Orzo Chowder. Not modifiable. Freezable.
