Vietnamese 5-Spice Tofu Salad
Our vegetarian version has shredded green cabbage, carrots, cucumbers, red bell peppers, scallions, cilantro, cubed tofu marinated in soy sauce, garlic, and 5-spice powder. A zingy dressing with fresh mint, rice wine vinegar, lime juice, garlic & a little chiil pepper comes on the side!
