Vietnamese Shaking Beef
Another Asian entrée that's simply full of incredible flavors. This time we bring together marinated filet mignon with a killer stir-fry sauce that includes mirin wine, rice vinegar, fish sauce, GF soy sauce, and garlic to name a few, and we shake it all up! We serve it on a bed of jasmine rice that's been lightly tossed with yuzu juice and arugula. Not modifiable.
