This quiche is 6 inches wide, and serves 1 adult more than generously, and can comfortably serve 2 adults with smaller appetites.

An 8 inch wide quiche will give you 4 generous portions, or 6 smaller pieces for clients with smaller appetites.

Serving Instructions

Remove quiche from plastic container. Bake at 350° for about 20-30 min. depending on size of quiche. Enjoy with a salad. Freezable.
