This quiche is 6 inches wide, and serves 1 adult more than generously, and can comfortably serve 2 adults with smaller appetites.

Hearty

An 8 inch wide quiche will give you 4 generous portions, or 6 smaller pieces for clients with smaller appetites.

Serving Instructions

Preheat oven to 350˚. Remove quiche from plastic packaging. Place on baking sheet. Bake for about 22-32 min. depending on size of quiche. Freezable.
