With 1 pound of fully sliced and completely deboned turkey, (2/3 lb white & 1/3 lb. dark), you will have 1 very generous serving (to 2 smaller servings). You will also receive 16 oz (2 cups) of velvety gravy.

Hearty

With 2 pounds of fully sliced and completely deboned turkey, (1 1/3 lb. white & 2/3 lb. dark), you will have 2-3 generous servings. You will also receive 16 oz (2 cups) of velvety gravy.

Serving Instructions

Remove turkey from fridge at least 1 hour before reheating. Preheat oven at 350˚. Poke holes in film. Place in oven for about 22-35 min. depending on size ordered. To remove 8 oz. gravy lid, peel back two LONG strips alongside edge of lid. Warm gravy on stovetop. Allow for extra time if putting side dishes in the oven too.
